    Sign On and Enroll in Phone Banking

    What You Get

    CitiPhone Banking® lets you access the Citi® accounts linked to your Citibank® Banking Card. You can:

    • Pay bills
    • Make transfers between linked accounts
    • Make payments between linked accounts
    • Check account balances
    • Review account activity—including ATM withdrawals and earned interest
    • Find out which checks have been paid
    • Track specific checks by number
    • Reorder checkbooks
    • Request a stop payment on a check

    How It Works

    Just call the number on the back of your Citibank® Banking Card and enter one of the following:

    • Your Citibank Banking Card number
    • Your Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer ID
    • Your account number

    Next, enter your Telephone Access Code. If you don't have one, stay on the line and Customer Service will help you set one up.
