    • Market Rate Account*
    • Passbook Savings*

    * Not offered through Citi Online but may be available at Citibank Financial Centers.

    • Free automatic coverage. Online & Mobile Fraud Protection comes with absolutely no hidden fees, premiums or deductibles. And coverage is automatic—you don't even need to sign up.
    • Financial protection. You're covered for the full amount of the loss for which you'd be responsible for under Federal Banking Regulations , PLUS the loss of any interest, overdraft charges and returned check fees that you may incur.Footnote 1

    How It Works

    If you think someone has withdrawn or transferred money without your permission from your deposit account on Citi Online, Citi Mobile®, or that your User ID or Password have been lost or stolen:

    • We are usually able to investigate claims within 10 business daysFootnote 3
